By recognizing these organizations, we strive to motivate them and their followers/members while giving them the appreciation they deserve. We are pleased to announce the ” IAGP Social & Collective Traumas Commitee, Monica Zuretti Peace and Dialog Award for Organisations” designed to recognize outstanding professionals of the organizations in the field. We kindly invite you to submit your nominations by May 1, 2025, based on the detailed information provided below. All application requirements can be found below. ———————————————————— IAGP Social & Collective Traumas Commitee, Monica Zuretti Peace and Dialog Award for Organisations. This award may be given to different organizations who accomplish distinguished work in groups around the world, commemorating Monica Zuretti and her values to act for peace and dialogue with her special sociopsychodrama. Selection is based on accomplishments of the following basics: 1.Record of contribution to IAGP institutional life, or other relevant achievements compatible with the values and objectives of the IAGP. Roles in international intervention promoting national and international humanitarian actions on behalf of IAGP or other eligible organisations. 3- Associations or Organizations which are working on the field of Social and Collectives Traumas. 4- Associations or Organizations which are creating peace and dialogue in communities and societies with conflicts around the world. Associations or Organizations which create professional activities leading to the increasing utilisation and awareness of group psychotherapy and group processes for peace and dialogue in social and collective traumas field. Who can propose nominations? It is the Social and Collective Traumas Committee and all IAGP members that proposes the nominees among those outstanding person/s undertaking the arduous work of providing healing services in circumstances of social and collective traumas; among those who call attention to such traumas directed against specific regions and communities; and who draw worldwide support for prevention of trauma for any group. Necessary information about the proposed nominee: Name of the proposed candidate. E-mail address, nationality, role in IAGP or elsewhere Curriculum Vitae, publications, other awards Extensive description of events, criteria and values inspiring the candidate nomination. When and where to send proposals? The proposals should be sent by e-mail to the Social and Collective Commitee Co-Chairs, at least 8 weeks before the Board in which the award should be approved. The proposals will be reviewed by the S&CT Committee and recommendations made to the Executive. Voted and approved by 2/3 of the Board.
