Dear IAGP Members,

Each of us faces countless stresses daily. As Group Psychotherapists, we sometimes find ourselves carrying emotional burdens that exceed our capacity. The IAGP Board of Directors, Section Chairs, and Committees take on significant responsibilities across various fields. In light of these realities, we are pleased to announce the first meeting of the IAGP Members’ Support Group, one of the initiatives we previously shared with you.

This initial meeting will last 1.5 hours and is designed as an introduction and preparatory session. We will discuss the group’s structure, therapeutic and ethical guidelines, meeting frequency, and purpose in detail, and your suggestions will be highly valued.

Our meeting will take place on Thursday, December 5th, at 7:45 PM CET via the ZOOM platform. As facilitators of the group, Nicola Policicchio and I, Deniz Altınay, will be facilitating the session. The meeting link is below, and the group is open to all registered IAGP members.
