The right hemisphere of the brain, necessary for expressing emotions in the frame of social interactions, can not function as much, at the post covid19 era. This affects the status of our mental health, especially when facing organic and psychological traumatic situations. Group analytic psychotherapy aims to help people better handle,express and understand their thoughts and emotions. In addition the environment can play a significant role in healing social and personal traumas by the activation of brain plasticity. A democratic, supportive group setting can help heal psychological and physical traumas. The webinar will discuss the therapeutic group analytic factors and explore how group analytic therapy can improve brain function in our relationships in people facing psychological ,cognitive and psychiatric disorders emerged after the covid19 pandemic.
