This five-day workshop brings together four experienced lecturers and facilitators — Lic. Jorge Paz, Dr. Enrico Reo, Dr. Tamara Anbeh, and Dr. Enrique Negueruela, MD — who offer diverse approaches rooted in group psychotherapy, psychodrama, artistic expression, and experiential learning.

At the heart of the workshop is the challenge of designing a shared future by creating and cooperating within differences. With diverse group approaches, different nationalities among facilitators and participants, and multiple languages, the workshop becomes a living experience of differentiation and integration.

Participants will engage in small and large group sessions, experiential activities, and reflective dialogues aimed at deepening both personal insight and professional practice in group work.
