Course Description
This online course aims to equip young mental healthcare professionals with essential personal and professional leadership skills necessary for effective leadership within their work areas and broader society. The program fosters personal leadership development, understanding of leadership dynamics, enhances competencies in leading diverse groups, and cultivates the ability to navigate complex challenges in leading multicultural teams.
Participants will emerge from this course with the tools and confidence to lead with empathy, trust, inclusivity, and strategic vision, ensuring they can make a positive impact on the individuals and communities they serve.

The course consists of 6 sessions of 3 hours each, combining theory, practice, and reflection:

Developing a Digital Interactive Platform Within an Organization
- Understand the key components of a digital interactive platform.
- Identify the needs and goals for platform development within the organization.
- Explore best practices for user engagement, collaboration, and content management.
- Develop a roadmap for implementing the platform successfully

The course uses a variety of innovative learning methods:

- Use of diverse media: video, PowerPoint, pictures, podcasts, etc.

- IAGP members
- Young professionals between 25-45 years of age with little management experience
- Experts in the field of mental healthcare, psychotherapists, group therapists, academics (researchers, teachers), and consultants
Requirements
- Completed higher education
- 75% mandatory attendance
Fees
- Country Band A: $320 ($200 for paid-up IAGP members)
- Country Band B: $160 ($100 for paid-up IAGP members)
- Country Band C: $128 ($80 for paid-up IAGP members)
- Country Band D: $96 ($60 for paid-up IAGP members)
