\nOur body’s\u00a0immunity\u00a0to tolerate illness affects how we act and interact with others. The function of\u00a0 our social\u00a0brain in\u00a0our\u00a0personal and external experiences is important\u00a0especially through mirror neurons’ activation.\u00a0The Covid-19 pandemic caused a big mental and financial crisis, leading to long-term trauma and to\u00a0chronic stress. This affects how our brain works. After COVID-19, our brains have changed to function more mechanically\u00a0in a form of pensee operatoire,\u00a0shaped\u00a0mainly\u00a0by media and the heavy use of electronics. This mainly improves the skills of the left side of the brain. People find it harder\u00a0to have access,to understand and express emotions, connect feelings with events, and communicate\u00a0with each other in person\u00a0effectively.<\/p>\n

The right\u00a0hemisphere\u00a0of the brain, necessary for expressing emotions\u00a0in the frame of\u00a0social interactions,\u00a0can not function\u00a0as much,\u00a0at the post covid19 era. This affects\u00a0the status of our\u00a0mental health, especially\u00a0when facing organic and psychological traumatic situations.\u00a0Group analytic psychotherapy\u00a0aims to help people better handle,express\u00a0and understand their thoughts and emotions.
\nIn addition\u00a0the environment\u00a0can play\u00a0a significant role in healing social and personal traumas\u00a0by the activation of brain plasticity. A democratic, supportive group setting can help heal psychological and physical traumas. The webinar will discuss\u00a0the therapeutic group analytic factors\u00a0and explore how group\u00a0analytic\u00a0therapy can improve brain function\u00a0in our relationships in people facing psychological ,cognitive and psychiatric disorders emerged after the covid19 pandemic.<\/p>\n
