As you all know the first meeting began with a reaffirmation of our shared commitment to confidentiality. Participants emphasized key principles such as continuity, safety, inclusivity, mutual exchange, and the establishment of a horizontal, non-hierarchical network to encourage collaboration and equal contribution\u2014values we, as co-facilitators, also embraced.<br \/>\nThe group\u2019s mission is to create an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment for all members.
