Topics like differing expectations, societal taboos, personal insecurities, and cultural or religious influences create barriers to open discussion. Emotional vulnerability and communication gaps further complicate these conversations, making trust and a safe, non-judgmental space vital. Participants will learn the Chess and Hands Technique\u2014innovative tools for navigating sensitive discussions and fostering connection. Building on Stylianos\u2019 previous workshop, this session offers practical strategies for therapists, including identifying obstacles to dialogue, creating secure environments, and using experiential tools to address intimacy issues.
