DESCRIPTION:The IAGP Governance and Bylaws Committee invites group psychotherapists\, psychodramatists\, organizational consultants\, and other members to a webinar on the role of boundaries in group psychotherapy and processes.\nPresenters Marianne Wiktorin\, Ray Haddock\, and Kostas Liolios will discuss the importance of clear ethical guidelines\, while Esther Stone\, Roberta Mineo\, and Ana Maria Ruiz Sancho will provide reflections.\nEffective boundaries enhance safety\, trust\, and autonomy while minimizing harm\, but overly rigid boundaries may hinder therapeutic connections and exploration. \nThese insights apply not only to therapy but also to organizational work. Establishing healthy boundaries requires open communication\, supervision\, and self-awareness.
