Profound change, transformation, is not easily achieved. Transformation of people\u2019s thinking, feelings and actions\/behaviors is seldom achieved. Organisations tend to try to change by doing more of the same or less of the same.<br \/>\nAction Methods are excellent tools for long term change\/ transformation. Trust building is essential to encourage people to try the unusual. You skillfully \u2019move\u2019 people- to an AHA-experience. They are moved psysically, visually, cognitively, emotionally resulting in new behaviour and new action &#8211; second-order change\/ transformation.<br \/>\nAction Methods used are living charts and dynamic interaction.
