This year\u2019s theme, \u201cGroups and Global Hope for People, Organizations, Universities, and Societies,\u201d<\/i> speaks to the profound and transformative power of group processes in promoting resilience, connection, and healing across various communities and contexts. What is the Congress Appetizer?<\/strong><\/p>\n

8 WORKSHOPS – 21 – 22 JUN 2025\u00a0 &\u00a0 5 \u2013 6 JULY 2025<\/p>\n

A Congress Appetizer is a series of engaging, pre-congress online workshops designed to introduce key themes and stimulate interest in the upcoming international IAGP congress in Sapporo, Japan that will be held from 20 to 23 August 2025.<\/p>\n

The Appetizers\u2019 online workshops serve as a dynamic prelude to the congress, offering participants a taste of the topics, speakers, and interactive experiences they can expect.<\/p>\n

For the upcoming Congress on Group Psychotherapy, the appetizer series\u2014titled \u00abGroups and Global Hope for People, Organizations, Universities, and Societies\u00bb\u2014explores the transformative potential of group processes in fostering resilience, connection, and collective healing across diverse settings. These online events aim to broaden participation, spark dialogue, and build momentum toward the full congress.<\/p>\n
