He is an adjunct researcher with Charles Sturt University and the Active Learning Centre in Sydney.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">He\u2019s the author of Relationship Capital, Prentice Hall and Feelings Allowed, Balboa Press.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">His work centres on neuroscience, enhancing insight and behavioural change through the lens of the precuneus\u2014the brain\u2019s internal compass.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dr. Carlos is the creator of the Play of Life, a 3D behavioural simulation tool, and RCompass, a digital sociometry application.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">He has received several prestigious awards from the ASGPP, including the Innovators Award (2002), the David Kipper Award (2024), and the Zerka Moreno Award (2025).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">His writing has appeared in academic journals and the upcoming IAGP publication \u201cThe One Thing That Separates Us: Responding to Diversity\u2014A Neuro-Correlate Approximation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Carlos is a member of the IAGP Board, a former Executive Council Member of the ASGPP, chairing the International Section.
