	WHAT'S HAPPENING NOW ON THE LIST
	Recently, we have been discussing a document about “Ethics Working with Organizations” prepared by the Ethics Committee chaired by Bill Roller..
	A document “Virtual Large Group Study” has been shared on the list by a colleague.
	The Chair has invited to the members of the list to give ideas in order to organize contributions for the scientific programme of the XVIII International Congress of the IAGP in Cartagena de Indias.
	ACTIVITIES
	IV Regional Mediterránean Congress of IAGP and SPP (Porto, Portugal, September 7-10, 2011 - http://www.iagp2011spp.org ): -The Section has organized a symposium in the congress: “Training Experiences in Leadership and Management” coordinated by Goyo Armañanzas. It has the participation of Andrea Claudia Souza, David Gutmann and Marianne Wiktorin. The event will be on September 8 at 9 a.m. in room Guimarães I. We will have a Section meeting on September 8 from 12:40 pm. to 14:20 p.m. in room Sagres. All members and interested colleagues are invited. Ideas for this meeting are welcome. 	XVIII International Congress of the IAGP (Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, July 16–21, 2012 http://www.iagpcongress.org ): This Section will be organizing a meeting for members and other interested colleagues. Suggestions for interesting topics are welcome.

WHO SHOULD JOIN?
The forum is open to professionals trained or interested in organizational consultancy. Following a recent IAGP Board decision, this forum is open to both IAGP members and non-members. a)	Organizational consultancy in different countries and cultures
b)	New developments in work with organizations. Application of different group techniques: psychodramatic, behavioural, questionnaires, etc. Application of concepts coming from psychotherapy, group analysis, systemic theories etc.
c)	Courses and training. Exchange of experiences and training needs. Exchange of articles and documents of interest.
d)	Sharing information about related events in this area
e)	Problems, conflicts and ethical issues arising in daily practice
